Training & Calibration Process
All accepted subcontractors must complete the agency’s training and writing calibration process prior to receiving assignments.
This includes:
• Reviewing required training materials
• Completing a mock documentation exercise
• Reviewing format and tone standards
• Receiving written feedback and making required revisions
Alignment with agency documentation standards is mandatory.

Only applicants who successfully complete this process
will be added to the active subcontractor roster
Professional Requirements
This role requires:
• Strong objective writing skills
• Ability to separate observation from interpretation
• Comfort working in high-conflict family dynamics
• Strict adherence to court orders and agency protocols
• Timely submission of documentation (within 72 hours)
• Professional appearance and punctuality
